
Arlene has extensive experience representing
sellers and buyers in a wide range of residential properties
in Alameda and Contra Costa counties including Berkeley, Kensington,
Albany, El Cerrito, and parts of Oakland and Richmond. She has
completed more than $40 million in residential and income property
sales.
Arlene has served on the Berkeley Association
of Realtors’ Multiple Listing Service and Technology Committee,
served as a director on the BAR Board of Directors, served as
chair of the Community Issues Task Force for BAR, is an appointed
member of the BAR Professional Standards Committee and was an
authorized instructor for the National Association of Realtors’ “At
Home With Diversity” training program. Arlene participates
in her community's needs by delivering weekly hot lunches for
a local seniors program in the East Bay and volunteers on a regular
basis at the Meals for the Homeless at a local church. She is
also a supporter of and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. More
