Marketing your home for sale means
working closely with you as your advocate and agent. It is
my job to take care of the major details related to preparing
your property for sale, marketing it and advising you through
the offers and the escrow process. Whether you are selling
your personal residence and going through a major transition
or a straightforward income property in a 1031 exchange, I
take on a great deal of responsibility and in so doing you
will experience as smooth and stress reduced a process as possible.
This is a work of partnership with you; I limit the number
of clients I work with simultaneously so that I may give you
full service.

The Selling Process
- Choose a Realtor. During
our first meeting, I will listen to your requirements, share
my marketing strategy and walk you through the selling process.
- Prepare
your home for sale.
We will discuss how to best prepare your home for sale. This
includes which reports to order, disclosure items, as well
as the cost effectiveness of repairs and staging when applicable.
- Price your home.
In order to establish a strategic list price we must pay
careful attention to factors such as the comparative market
analysis, your time frame and personal requirements
as well as local market conditions.
- Market your home.
My aggressive marketing techniques combine traditional and
new media channels to ensure that information about your
home reaches the widest possible pool of potential buyers.
- Sell your home.
After an offer is received I will assist you in evaluating
your options and negotiating with the buyer.
- Close
escrow.
Once a contract is signed by all parties, I will manage the
escrow. During this time, it is important to maintain communication,
monitor all paperwork and make sure contingencies are removed
according to the contract.
